Small tools are necessary for all sorts of Dartford-based jobs. At Rhinos, we provide all kinds of small tools to our clients – and we’re proud to say that we have many recurring customers who come back to us time after time for all of their small tool needs.
And for those who are going to be working out on the roads, tools like road barriers and road cones come in handy for complying with the obligations placed on you by the New Roads and Streets Act 1991. In short, we’ve got everything you could possibly need for your Dartford job!
There’s no denying it: working in construction means that you often simply have to invest in larger tools which help you to achieve your goals. There are lots of larger tools available in the Rhinos fleet, and they’ve all been selected with the intention of moving a construction process swiftly along.
If you need compaction tools, for example, our range of rollers could help. We’ve got both vibrating and non-vibrating options in our fleet, so there’ll be something to suit all requirements. Our 80 tandem roller, which was made by leading brand BOMAG, comes with dual drum vibrating rollers and a weight of 1.6 tonnes. For those who need something a little heavier, meanwhile, the 120 tandem roller from BOMAG offers a weight of 2.5 tonnes and a height to ROPS frame of 2.47 metres.
The ongoing regeneration project earmarked for Dartford town centre is developing at a steady pace.
It has been announced that Muse Developments, who were named as the preferred bidder back in late 2017, are now primed to get started with the development. They will begin by planning a new cinema, extra commercial space for hospitality businesses, up to 140 new homes, and more.
The project, which is focused on the Westgate area and is being completed in conjunction with Homes England and Dartford Borough Council, will also see a hotel and a public square. A GP surgery or health centre may also be opened, although discussions are still ongoing.
In total, the project is expected to cost £75 million to complete.
