There are many excellent kinds of construction equipment, but how do you decide whether to hire or buy? Whether it’s large plant vehicles or specialist tools and equipment, you should think carefully about the practicality of buying V hiring. Take into consideration the financial status of your company or business. Can you afford to invest in and own the piece of machinery you need, and will frequency of use justify the price?. Other important aspects include the scale and length of the project in Dagenham, and other costs associated with ownership.
Do you have access to store your equipment, which is bound to take up space, whether it’s a large vehicle or some lighting equipment. Does it need to be kept dry? In which case some form of secure, covered shelter will be required. If this is not possible at your place of business or home, then some sort of storage premises will need to be acquired. Hire tools are clean and dry until needed, and you don’t have to worry about where you will keep them.
When you hire equipment you have the opportunity to get used to using it and then decide whether or not you would like to own it. If you hire from plant hire specialists like Rhinos, your items will be well maintained, safe and in great working order. At Rhinos you will find high performance tools from only major names like Makita, Bosch, Hilti, Belle and DeWalt.
You may need certain tools for a particular project or at a specific time of year, such as in the winter. Dark or wet conditions make it difficult to carry out many outdoor jobs, which is where effective heating and lighting comes in. You may not need these all year round so hiring offers a handy solution. You are only paying for the time you use the item rather than having to invest in the product. Space heaters stop fingers from becoming frost bitten and tripod lights allow you to see what you are doing clear as day.
Buying plant machinery and tools requires you to be somewhat psychic, as you often do not know what the next project will be. Using pure guesswork could be expensive, as you purchase what you think you may need, only to find you don’t have that one crucial piece. Apart from anything else, hiring from industry experts means gaining from their experience. Rhinos are a friendly, customer focussed team, and always happy to help with your hire queries.
Hire equipment if sourced from a reputable company is likely to be replaced regularly, giving you the benefit of up to date design and technology. Whether you are preparing an extension floor, a drive to lay concrete, or carrying out gardening work, there is a tool for every task. Mowers, cultivators, strimmers, grinders and trimmers, you can’t go wrong with tool hire.
Council Chiefs in Dagenham have given the thumbs up for 56 affordable council homes to be built. The proposed site was once the former British Legion hall, and the project is seen as very good news for the local community. Jervis Court in Rectory Rd, will see 16 flats replaced by the new dwellings. Existing tenants and leaseholders will receive help from the council to find alternative homes. They will also be offered the right to return once the new builds are completed.
Darren Rodwell, Council leader for Dagenham and Barking said “This is a good news story. The residents are pro the change. The properties built there will be there for time immemorial for residents who want to rent in our borough at truly affordable rates”. He added, “This is a win win for the community.”
