Mini diggers are essential tools on all sorts of construction-related sites. They’re useful for many different tasks relating to clearing the ground in preparation for a new building, a landscaping project or something else altogether – and that’s why here at Rhinos we’re committed to offering a range of mini diggers so that you can choose the one which best suits your needs.
But we know that sometimes a more powerful mini excavator is what’s required for a good job to be completed, and that’s where the higher end of our range comes in. Our eight ton KX080-4 excavator from Kubota has been made with power in mind, and its Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) muffler means that it won’t be highly damaging to the environment either. It’s got a powerful digging force, and a height of 2,540mm to ensure both functionality and usability.
When hiring a mini excavator for use in East London, however, it’s important to also hire some attachments and add-ons designed to make it as useful as possible to you. We offer a variety of tools for you to pick from here, each with their own unique set of functions. Our hydraulic breakers, for example, come from well-known global company Atlas Copco and can withstand even the toughest of jobs.
Ever since the London Olympics of 2012, East London has been a hotspot for all sorts of construction and other development opportunities. And in Stratford, where the hub of the action was, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is now being repurposed and developed to ensure it is fit for the needs of local residents.
Glasshouse Gardens is a new development which has seen two modern tower blocks built. The first one is a 30-storey building, while the second is 17 floors high. Homes of various formats have been on offer there, including studio flats as well as multi-bedroom properties with as many as three bedrooms each.
The Glasshouse Gardens development is located close to the entrance of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, meaning it has excellent transport links. It is also located close to Westfield Stratford City, which has lots of choices of shops, restaurants and so on. Overall, the new project – which has been completed in the last year or two – cost £1.3 billion, making it a significant investment in the area’s residential sector. The development also created some new commercial space, too, and was a joint project between LCR and Lend Lease.
