At Rhinos, we know just how important good cement mixers are for your concrete and compaction jobs. A heavy-duty tip up diesel mixer can go a long way on a construction or DIY site, and our 5/3.5 mixer from manufacturer Winget is a smart option. It’s versatile, as it can be drum loaded and unloaded from either side. What’s more, it comes with wheels for easy movement from place to place.
Or perhaps what you need for your job is a simpler tip-up mixer. In that case, our 4/3 tip-up mixer offers all sorts of benefits including wheelbarrow-style handlebars, wheels and more. They’re perfect for mixing together just a little bit of concrete or plaster – so if your job’s not a big one, these devices are perfect.
But that’s not all. We’ve also got mixers to meet all other sorts of needs here in the Rhinos fleet. Our forced action mixer, designed by Soroto, is there to help mix together all sorts of materials on an efficient and simple basis. It comes with a motor and a range of gears, so you can customise its capabilities as you need to.
Elsewhere in our fleet you’ll find a range of tools to go alongside your cement mixer. Our medium duty compact plate, for example, comes from Atlas Copco and compacts grains of soil easily and simply. It can be used for areas such as gutters as well as sewers, ditches and more.
Another handy tool for your construction site’s compaction jobs is the power float. These units come with steel blades which you can easily swap out and replace as needed, and they’re great if your ultimate goal is to leave a good finish which is smooth and unblemished.
Bromley is set to get a boost in terms of new housing thanks to the arrival of the so-called Churchill Quarter.
The new development, which will derive its name from the presence of the nearby Churchill Theatre, is set to provide some new amenities such as cafes, commercial premises and eateries.
And it’s also understood that a major housebuilding firm, Countrywide, wants to create new homes as part of the development.
According to media reports, Countrywide wants to build over the course of four years. It will need to apply for planning permission before it goes ahead, something that the housebuilder is now pursuing.
But the Churchill Quarter development is not the only one that potential new homeowners in the area need to check out. The development called St. Mark’s Square is also going to change the face of housing options in this area of town: well over 100 properties have already been sold here, and with this ambitious construction project expected to provide 200 houses in the end, it’s fast drawing to a close.
